I have spent more than four decades in manufacturing, engineering and supply chain. I have worked with boards, leadership teams and people at the sharp end of delivery, usually when performance has become harder to manage than it should be.
Who I am
I am an operational practitioner, board adviser and author. I have spent my career connecting what a business says it wants with what its operating system can actually deliver.
I have worked from the boardroom to the shop floor across complex organisations and international supply chains. Strategy does not fail in a PowerPoint deck. It fails in the daily decisions, constraints, handovers and priorities that determine how materials, information and money move through the business.
My role is to establish the truth, help the organisation act on what matters and leave stronger judgement, capability and control behind.

How Delivery Scales
I lead the model, the Evaluation baseline and the senior alignment. Where an engagement needs more capacity or specialist knowledge, I bring in trusted associates with the right operational, financial or organisational experience.
Teams are shaped around the condition. I remain accountable for the integrity of delivery.
Experience
I established my independent consulting practice in the mid-1990s and spent the next three decades helping manufacturing and engineering businesses improve operational performance and deliver large-scale transformation.
In 2018 I joined a FTSE 250 plc as Group Continuous Improvement Director for a defined period. The role gave me the opportunity to lead improvement and transformation from inside a complex international organisation, across six continents.
I returned to independent practice in 2021. Today I combine that board and executive perspective with the practical experience of changing real operating systems. I am the creator of ICETIM® and The 6E Model®, and the author of The Timeline and The Essence.
