Evaluation Rule
Every T90 and T360 proceeds against a Timeline Evaluation created or signed off by Davie Thomson. That protects the baseline, the priorities and the integrity of the intervention.
When it fits: The condition, priorities or value at stake are not yet clear.
What it provides: A signed-off baseline and a prioritised 30, 60 and 90 day direction.
When it fits: The organisation needs stronger Decision Making, Sense Making and Action Taking ability.
What it provides: Direction, Cognition and Capability across the organisation.
When it fits: A defined performance problem needs focused recovery or reset.
What it provides: Control and measurable economic movement within 90 days.
When it fits: The condition crosses functions, sites or leadership systems.
What it provides: Transformation through one complete financial cycle using all six stages of 6E.
How Delivery Scales
Davie may work directly with the board or leadership team, lead a focused intervention, or assemble an associate team around a larger programme. The scale of the team follows the condition.
