What it is
Evaluation is the second E in 6E. It is a defined piece of work, not a 30, 60 or 90 day programme. The 30, 60 and 90 day priorities are one of its outputs.
Why it matters
Organisations often begin with a proposed solution, a favoured tool or the loudest visible problem. We begin earlier. We establish what the organisation is trying to achieve, the condition required to achieve it and the gap between that condition and reality.
The Result
Leadership receives a shared view of what matters, what the gap is costing and where action should begin.

The Six Steps
1.
Strategic Intent to Declared Intent
Establish what the organisation is genuinely trying to achieve.
2.
Establish the reference condition
Use evidence, constraints and modelling to establish the achievable condition we call Essence. The Essence Parametric Model records its measures, assumptions and operating requirements and is refined as evidence and conditions change.
3.
Measure Timeline to Current Timeline
Establish how work, decisions and money actually move today.
4.
Quantify Drift
Measure the difference between the required and actual conditions.
5.
Value Drift
Translate the gap into Cash, Margin and Revenue consequences.
6.
Prioritise 30/60/90
Agree the first sequence of action and the appropriate level of support.

WHAT LEADERSHIP RECEIVES
A clear statement of Declared Intent
An Essence Parametric Model
A Current Timeline
A quantified and valued view of Drift
A prioritised 30, 60 and 90 day direction
A recommendation on the appropriate next step
TWO WAYS TO USE IT
1.
Standalone
A paid diagnostic with a board-ready report and recommended direction.
2.
Within T90 or T360
Included as the agreed baseline for delivery.
